FAQ

About Us

What is Paradies Garten?

Hidden in a castle park that feels far removed from the rush of everyday life lies a lush garden, surrounded by old trees, wild greenery and traces of the past. As you wander through the grounds - past quiet paths, forgotten buildings and the silhouette of the castle - something shifts. The noise of the outside world fades, and a different rhythm begins to take over. Paradies Garten is a place where people come together through music, curiosity and shared moments. A vibrant community where strangers quickly become companions on the dancefloor, conversations flow as easily as the music, and the energy grows stronger with every set. Over three days, the gardens fill with the sounds of some of the world’s most exciting electronic artists. It’s a gathering of open minds, good people and long summer nights - the kind where time slips away, and the only thing that matters is the music and the moment. Good times lie ahead. And everyone is invited.

Our goals

At Paradies Garten, we try to do things with care. For the music, for the place we’re in, and for the people around us. Sustainability is not an afterthought but something that shapes how we build the festival - from production choices to the way we work with partners and suppliers. Supporting the local scene is just as important. Alongside international artists, we give space to Austria’s vibrant club and underground communities, because a strong local culture is what keeps festivals alive and evolving. Our goal is simple: create an atmosphere where everything falls into place. A thoughtfully curated lineup, carefully designed stages, and a dancefloor full of energy and happy faces. Paradies Garten is mainly a daytime festival, with the dancefloors coming alive from noon onwards. It creates a unique summer rhythm - one that leaves room to discover new artists, enjoy the surroundings, and respect the calm of the local community once night settles in.

A sustainable festival?

Every edition, we try to keep our impact as small as possible. We focus on three main things: lowering CO₂ emissions, reducing waste through smart recycling systems, and encouraging visitors to think differently about how festivals can interact with the environment. At the same time, we aim to build a positive relationship with the people, partners and communities around us. Paradies Garten is organised by the team behind Paradise City Festival near Brussels, which has been running since 2015. Over the years, Paradise City has become internationally recognised for its approach to sustainable event management, receiving multiple awards and distinctions. Today, it ranks among the most sustainable festivals in the world - a philosophy we continue to carry forward at Paradies Garten.
