Stewards Team
Join our Security Support Team and play a vital role in ensuring the safety and smooth operation of the festival! In this key role, you’ll work closely with the security team, moving between the backstage area and right next to the stage. You’ll help monitor the crowd, assist with access control, and ensure everything runs safely and smoothly for both the artists and festival-goers. Your presence will be crucial in ensuring the festival remains a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone. Whether it’s moving materials and equipment, assisting at the Accreditation Centre, or supporting Artist Care, your tasks will be diverse - and sometimes spontaneous. Being a Paradise Volunteer means becoming an essential part of the Paradies Garten Festival experience. As a Paradise Volunteer, you actively contribute to bringing the festival to life - whether by supporting operations, helping guests, or shaping the unique atmosphere on site. You’ll work alongside a passionate team, gain behind-the-scenes insights into festival production, and become part of a vibrant community that shares a love for music, creativity, and collaboration.
Who can become a Paradise Creator?
Anyone! We welcome people from all backgrounds, experiences, and skill levels. Whether it’s your first time being part of a festival team or you’ve done this before, what matters most is your motivation, reliability, and openness to be part of a collaborative community. If you’re excited to contribute, meet new people, and be part of something bigger, you’re in the right place.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
Yes - you need to be at least 18 years old to take part as a Paradise Volunteer at the Paradies Garten Festival.
How can I apply?
You can apply by simply filling out our online application form. Just follow this link, provide your details, and let us know in which areas you’d like to get involved. It only takes a few minutes.
When does the application period open and close?
You can apply until July 4th 2026.
Can I apply with friends?
Yes, you can absolutely apply together with friends. Simply mention each other in the dedicated field in the application form. We’ll do our best to assign you to the same area or to the same shifts. Just make sure everyone submits their own application and mentions each other accordingly.
When will I know if I've been accepted?
Everyone who applies is generally accepted as a Paradise Volunteer at the Paradies Garten Festival. After your application, we’ll invite you to a short interview to get to know you, do a quick vibe check, and see which areas fit you best. You’ll receive all further details shortly after applying.
What are the interviews about?
The interviews are all about getting to know each other. We’ll introduce you to the different working areas and conditions, learn more about your interests, and help find the best fit for you. It’s also a chance to meet other Paradise Creators in advance and get a first feeling for the team.
Do I need previous festival or event experience?
No, you don’t need any previous festival or event experience. Everyone is welcome - what matters most is your motivation, reliability, and willingness to be part of the team.
How many hours do Paradise Creators work?
Paradise Creators work up to 6 hours per day during the Paradies Garten Festival. This means you’ll always have at least half of the day free to enjoy the festival. During the festival weekend, you’ll be scheduled across all three days. If you’re part of the construction team, shifts take place before the festival and typically involve at least two full days (around 8 hours each).
What kind of tasks do Paradise Creators have?
Paradise Creators can take on a variety of roles across different areas of the Paradies Garten Festival. From welcoming guests, supporting our bar team or our construction team to being a runner for spontaneous tasks - there’s a wide range of tasks to choose from. Can I choose my preferred task or area?
Yes, you can indicate your preferred tasks or areas in the application. We’ll do our best to match you with your interests, while also considering the overall needs of the Paradies Garten Festival.
When will I receive my schedule?
You’ll receive your schedule at least one week before the Paradies Garten Festival.
Can I swap shifts with another Paradise Creators?
Shift swaps are only possible if you organize them yourself. As creating the schedule is a big effort, we can’t manage swaps centrally. Please find a replacement and inform the crew coordination team in advance to keep everything running smoothly at the Paradies Garten Festival.
Do Paradise Creators receive a festival ticket?
Yes - as a Paradise Creator, you’ll receive full access to the Paradies Garten Festival for the entire weekend.
Will food or drinks be provided?
Yes - you’ll receive food and drink vouchers for your working days at the Paradies Garten Festival. If you’re part of the construction team, you’ll have access to crew catering during the build-up days.
Do Paradise Creators receive any other benefits?
Yes - Paradise Creators receive additional perks. You’ll get a free crew T-shirt and access to our friends list for club events for one year after the Paradies Garten Festival.
How do I get to the Festival?
Trains depart regularly between Vienna and Bruck an der Leitha. During the festival days we even organised free night trains with our mobility Partner ÖBB from Bruck an der Leitha to Vienna. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover travel any other travel costs. For detailed travel information please check out our mobility page.
Are there any accomodation provided by the Paradies Garten Festival?
No, the Paradies Garten Festival does not provide accommodation. Please check out our accommodation page for more information and recommended options.
Is there a camping area for Paradise Creators?
No - the Paradies Garten Festival does not offer a camping area.
Are parking spaces available for Paradise Creators?
Yes - you can park for free at the festival parking of the Paradies Garten Festival. Just make sure to inform the crew coordination team in advance.
Is there a meeting or briefing before the festival?
Yes - there will be a briefing and a tour of the festival grounds on Friday, just before the doors open at the Paradies Garten Festival.
Who can I contact if I have a problem during my shift?
After your application, you’ll be connected with our crew coordination team. They’ll be your main point of contact at the Paradies Garten Festival, and you can reach out to them anytime. We’ll also use WhatsApp groups to stay in touch before and during the festival.
What happens if I can't attend my shift?
Please make sure to be reliable and stick to your assigned shifts at the Paradies Garten Festival. If something comes up, inform the crew coordination team as early as possible so we can adjust the planning accordingly.
How will I be registered as a Paradise Creator?
Paradise Creators are officially registered for their role at the Paradies Garten Festival. If any Social Security contributions apply in your case, we are unable to cover them. We recommend checking your personal situation in advance to understand any potential obligations.
