Paradies Garten won’t be built by itself. It’ll be the result of hard work by countless volunteers weeks before the due date, during and even after the festival. Together, we envision what a festival of the future can look like with people working hand in hand to create something truly special.

For every Paradiesvogel on the dance floor having the time of his life, there’s someone making it happen behind the curtains. As a volunteer, you are super precious to us, as you’re on site and you directly represent the festival to our festivalgoers.

At the campgrounds

Paradise City Festival has an opportunity for enthusiastic, resourceful, and proactive individuals who are passionate about festivals, sustainability, and hospitality – and want to be involved. As a member of our campsite hospitality team, you will have an inside view of how a pioneering festival approaches all sides of campsite management. In addition, this is an opportunity to gain experience from some of the most experienced event sustainability professionals in Belgium and Europe.
 
Our campgrounds get an upgrade every year, but now we have shifted into a higher gear. To accommodate the growing demands of our dedicated campers, we are substantially improving the campsite experience. We do this alongside a dedicated camping team that is involved with the ins and outs of the campground and oversees the hospitality.
