We ask you to personalize your tickets to get access to the festival.

All larger events are confronted with organizations and people that try to resell tickets for far too high prices. To prevent this, we ask ticket buyers to personalize all tickets by indicating the name of the person who will attend the event. By doing so, tickets will be available for a fair price and belong to an individual festival visitor. This also gives us the opportunity to send relevant event information to all respective festival visitors.

Please make sure that you enter the correct names immediately during the personalization process. Paylogic charges a service fee for name change.

You do not have to personalize your tickets immediately; tickets can be personalized up to 48 hours before the event.

After purchasing your ticket(s) you will receive an email confirmation of the ticket purchase. This email will not yet include your tickets. To receive your tickets, you first have to personalize them. In the email with the purchase confirmation, you will receive further information regarding the personalization process, such as the date from which it is possible to personalize your tickets.

For each ticket, personal information needs to be filled in, such as the full name and email address of the person attending the event. Be aware that the information has to be unique for each ticket and please use the names as mentioned on the respective identification documents (passport/ID card).

After filling in the information, you will receive your personalized tickets. If you have not received your tickets within 24 hours, please contact the PayLogic Customer Service.

In case the name on a ticket needs to be changed, you can click on the link in the e-mail which you’ve received after purchasing your ticket(s) or via this link.

If you can’t find the link, please contact customerservice@paylogic.com They will help you with this matter.

Our Camping Accommodations give you the possibility to choose from different types of pre-set up tents and comfort tents. The only thing you need to do is drop off your luggage – and off you go!

Please be informed that all Camping Packages are only valid in combination with a Festival Pass + Camping ticket, which needs to be purchased in advance. Check out our several Camping Accommodations options on our Ticket Shop.

If you have booked a Pre-pitched Tent, Comfort Lodge or Bell Tent, please contact the Camping Reception upon arrival and prepare your ticket(s).

When you check in at our Camping Reception, you will be required to pay a deposit for your rented tent – this deposit will be refunded upon check-out if you leave the tent as you received it. With the deposit we ask all our guests to commit themselves to a thoughtful handling of our equipment. You can pay the deposit conveniently “cashless” with your debit- or credit card

This year we will include three healthy and balanced breakfasts on Saturday, Sunday and Monday morning for you to enjoy. The breakfast is included in your Camping ticket.

Our camping grounds are located in a unique and protected natural park, which we would like to treat with respect in the sense of our “no-trace policy”.

In order to express this, we ask you to deposit € 7,00 for the garbage deposit at the entrance of our camping grounds with your debit- or credit card. In return you will receive a garbage bag and your deposit voucher

In this bag we ask you to collect your accumulated garbage. If you hand in at least a half-full garbage bag + deposit voucher, you will be refunded your garbage deposit when you leave our camping grounds.

For the more luxurious campers among you we offer our Comfort Camping with fully equipped glamping tents. Find out more on our Camping page.

Back to basics! Camping as if it was meant to be: there’s no electricity available near your tent. That’s why we ask you to leave your computers and big sound sets at home.

You can rent a portable charger near the lockers.

You’re allowed to bring 1 deodorant spray and perfume per person with you.

Flammable fluids aren’t allowed at the campsite.

To make your camping journey as comfortable as possible, you’re very invited to bring along – next to your tents – foldable chairs, pillows, blankets, inflatables, as well as cool-boxes.

You’re also allowed to bring a small, foldable umbrella, as long as it doesn’t have a pointy top.

We try to keep our festival neighbours happy, this is why high volumes and block parties aren’t allowed on our campsite. But, of course, you may bring small battery powered speakers with a maximal volume of 70 dB(A). If you are unsure of the size of your speaker, please ask us!

From there it is a 15 minutes walk to our camping grounds in the Harrachpark.

Our campsite is a pristine piece of grassy land. Therefore, we discourage disabled festival goers to stay on the campsite. Don’t worry; there are more than enough nice hotels and bungalows near our festival terrain to host your own slumber party while partying with us on Saturday and Sunday!

Health & Safety

There is a first aid station, which is always on site and clearly marked on the festival area and the map. At the festival, the first aid team are there to help you at any time of the day (and night). Are you not feeling well? Then head over there. Don’t worry, they won’t call your mother if you have been misbehaving, and they certainly won’t tell the police. Their biggest concern is that you are doing well, so don’t hesitate to ask for help.

All festivals in Austria operate under a governmental ‘zero-tolerance policy’. This means that no soft- drugs or hard drugs are allowed. Nitrous oxide (laughing gas) is also not allowed on the festival and camping terrain.

Your safety is extremely important to us. Therefore, everything and everyone is searched at the entrance (including luggage). Do you have something with you that is on our ‘blacklist’? Then we’ll throw it away. Pay attention! In some cases, access to the site of the festival may be denied.

You’re not allowed to bring weapons, sharp or hard objects, glass and fluids. Bringing your own food and drinks is only allowed on the Camping grounds (and not on the festival site).

When in doubt, contact us via info@paradiesgartenfestival.at

Bringing your medication is only permitted in combination with an official doctor’s note.
